Welcome to RollHero! By using our website at www.rollhero.nz, you agree to these Terms and Conditions NZ. Please read them carefully before purchasing thermal paper rolls or other products.

1. General Information

This website is operated by RollHero, part of Quantvantage Limited (NZBN 9429049014440). Terms like “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to RollHero. You confirm you are at least the age of majority in New Zealand.

2. Use of Our Site

You agree not to use our site or products unlawfully or to violate any laws. Unauthorized use may lead to legal action.

3. Product Information

We aim for accurate descriptions and images of thermal paper rolls, but errors may occur. If a product doesn’t match its description, return it unused for resolution.

4. Pricing & Payments

Prices include GST and may change without notice. We accept secure payments via Stripe, Razorpay, or PayPal—we do not store credit card details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Details are in our Shipping Policy. RollHero is not liable for delays due to couriers or incorrect addresses.

6. Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Defective or incorrectly shipped items can be returned in any condition.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at hello@rollhero.nz within 30 days
  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • Receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) from our team
  • Package items securely with RAN clearly marked
  • Ship via our designated carrier or your preferred method

Return Fees

Authorized returns: We provide prepaid return shipping for defective or incorrectly shipped items. Customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns.

Unauthorized returns: Items returned without a Return Authorization Number may incur a 20% restocking fee.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving returned items. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
  • Products contaminated with chemicals, dust, or foreign substances
  • Custom or special-order items (unless defective)
  • Items returned after 30 days without prior authorization

Quality Guarantee

All RollHero thermal paper rolls come with our quality guarantee. If any product fails to meet stated specifications or compatibility claims, we will provide a full replacement or refund at no cost to you.

7. Intellectual Property

All content (text, images, logos) is owned by RollHero and protected by NZ copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. User Feedback

Submitting feedback grants RollHero rights to use it without restriction.

9. Limitation of Liability

RollHero is not liable for damages from using or inability to use our site or products.

10. Governing Law
