How to Change Rolls in an Ingenico Terminal

  1. Locate the paper compartment release (typically a latch at the back of the terminal)
  2. Open the cover and remove the empty roll
  3. Drop in a new 57×40mm roll with the thermal side (smooth, slightly shiny) facing outward
  4. Pull a few centimetres of paper through the slot
  5. Close the compartment firmly — the terminal is ready for the next transaction

For the Move/5000, the paper bay is underneath the screen — slide the back cover down to access it.
